Hyzon Motors Inc. (“Hyzon” or the “Company”) has filed a definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A, containing a form of proxy card, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), in connection with its solicitation of proxies for the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the ”2024 Proxy Statement”).
